...for those who are interested in ‘walking’ for its
cardiovascular/aerobic benefit, in getting started and to help those who have already begun a walking program, in raising
it up a notch. It’s
- a
     walking clinic
- a
resource and sounding board about appropriate training, technique, stretching
     exercises, footwear, apparel, etc.
- a
“community” that meets, regularly, to walk and have fun
- a
     support and accountability vehicle
Established in September, 2011, membership is
currently without charge. However, members need to complete and return
an intake form (available upon request via email to: walkingwithhoward@comcast.net).
But what if you don’t live in the Boston area
or can’t make the meet-ups? Not a problem: a lot of what I have to offer can be
communicated online; the rest is implementation and practice. Hey, I’m
self-taught and this isn’t ‘rocket science’.
If you are interested (or merely curious) in “Walking with Howard…”   I’d love to hear from you – all levels or no
experience – are welcome!! Contact me at: walkingwithhoward@comcast.net .

There's a lot to learn when you're beginning an exercise regimen or taking it to the next level. I've assembled a handbook that addresses a lot of questions you may have as well as some you may not have considered. For access to the handbook, click "here".
